Founding customer

Built for My Appliance Pro in London, on their number.

This is the first live receptionist. It is a real appliance-repair shop, not a demo brand. What follows is how the line is set up. It is not a scoreboard. Job counts go on this page when the shop says they can.

Right On Call exists because this shop still wins or loses work on the phone, usually after hours, and because a generic voice agent does not know a London postal code from a ZIP code. We sat inside the first real calls and tuned what sounded unlike the shop.

Why the wiring matters

Keep the number

Homeowners in London already have this number. Changing it would mean new truck lettering, new Google listing, and a week of missed callbacks. The receptionist sits behind the existing line. If someone is at the bench and can pick up, they pick up. If they cannot, we do.

A $124 diagnostic is a rule, not a guess

The agent does not invent a repair quote. It can tell a caller the published diagnostic fee and book or dispatch against the shop's hours and coverage. Gas, smoke, or spark reports take a short safety script and a human callback.

Coverage is an N5 / N6 question

Service-area checks use Canadian postal codes, including the London prefixes and the towns this shop actually runs to. A caller outside that list is told so on the call instead of being booked and cancelled in the morning.

What this page will not say

We will not put a recovered-job number, a star rating, or a quote here until the shop approves the exact wording. Fake reviews and inflated call counts are how this category got noisy. The monthly plan is still $150. The audit is still free. Call (226) 559-5680 if you want the same wiring on your line.

Questions we get about this build

Did My Appliance Pro have to change their phone number?

No. The public number stays on Virgin. After a few rings with no answer, the carrier forwards the call (CFNA) to Right On Call. Twilio does not own the line. Porting is available later if they want ring-count control in the dashboard. The number on the truck does not change either way.

What is the shop?

My Appliance Pro is an appliance-repair business in London, Ontario. The published diagnostic fee is $124 CAD. The receptionist is built around after-hours triage, Canadian postal codes, and a text to the on-call tech rather than a message pad.

Can I hear how many jobs this recovered?

Not as a public number yet. We will publish call counts, after-hours bookings, and a sanitized clip only after the shop approves them in writing. Until then this page is how the line is wired, not a results claim.

Is this a template other appliance shops get?

No. The next shop gets its own hours, coverage, emergency list, and greeting. The pattern is the same. The script is not copied and rebadged.
