How to estimate your own month
Count the calls that ring out or arrive after hours, multiply by the minutes each one runs, and add a margin for your busy season. Compare that to the 200 included minutes. Only the calls the receptionist answers use minutes: the ones you pick up yourself do not. The calculator adds your job value and close rate to show the other side.
Why other quotes are hard to compare
Vendors count different things: minutes, calls, unique callers or a bundle. A per-call plan charges the same for a spam call and a real job, and a per-minute plan can count handling time. Answering service pricing in 2026 lists the published prices we found, with the date we checked, and what 200 calls a month costs under each model. Ask any vendor for setup, monthly price, included minutes and the overage rate in writing, in the currency you pay.

A language beyond English and French is $69 CAD a month on Essential. A connected field-service or property system beyond the Jobber connect is scoped and quoted before we start. Prices are before HST.
