How the connection actually works

What it is for

Booking a new patient or a returning one into a practitioner’s open time in Jane, as the receptionist does for a calendar today.

What is not decided

Whether Jane lets a third party make that connection, what a booking needs, and how it handles patient information. We would confirm those with Jane before promising anything.

What stays out of scope

Anything clinical. The receptionist would book and route. It would not give health advice or discuss a patient’s care.
