Field service

On request

ServiceTitan is a custom build, and on request.

ServiceTitan shops are larger, with call centres, dispatchers, and their own rules for what a lead is. A receptionist that writes into it has to match those rules, so this is scoped with the shop, not switched on.

On request. Not live. No ServiceTitan adapter exists yet. This page describes what we would scope with a shop, not something you can turn on.

A job ticket connected by a dashed line to a phone, the call becoming a job

How the connection actually works

What we would aim for

The same shape as our other field-service connections: after a call ends, the caller, the address, and the job details land in ServiceTitan as a record your office can work. Which record is a scoping decision. Some offices want a booking for a CSR to convert. Others want a job.

What the shop has to provide

ServiceTitan grants API access per tenant. Scoping starts with what your tenant allows, who owns the credentials, and which business unit and job type a phone lead belongs to.

What we would not do

Assign a technician or move a job on the dispatch board. Those stay with your dispatchers. A guess at your configuration is not something to ship.

Daytime and after hours

During the day

Nothing is written for a call you answer. For a call the receptionist takes, a build would write after the call ends, as our other connections do.

After hours

The same write at any hour, so the overnight call is a record waiting for the morning dispatcher.

What scoping would look like

What scoping would cover. There is nothing to connect today.

  1. Tell us how a phone lead should look in ServiceTitan

Booking or job, business unit, job type, campaign.

  2. Confirm API access for your tenant

Who registers the app and who holds the credentials.

  3. Agree a quote and a test plan

Adapter work is scoped and quoted at setup. We test against a sandbox or a quiet period before live calls.

Limits and edge cases

  • No timeline is promised. It is quoted per shop.
  • Cal.com or Calendly can book visits in the meantime, without the ServiceTitan record.
  • Right On Call is tuned for small shops. A large call centre with many queues is a poor fit.

This is for

  • A larger Ontario shop that already runs ServiceTitan and misses overnight or overflow calls.

This isn't

  • Shops of one to ten technicians. Jobber, Housecall Pro, or a calendar is the right size.

What we won't claim

  • Exist as a self-serve connection.
  • Assign technicians or alter the dispatch board.
  • Replace ServiceTitan’s own call-centre tooling.

ServiceTitan questions

Do you support ServiceTitan?

Not yet. There is no adapter. It is a custom build we scope with a shop that needs it.

What can I do in the meantime?

Use Cal.com or Calendly for bookings and take the text to your on-call number. Your office keys the call into ServiceTitan.

How much does an adapter cost?

It is quoted at setup, per shop. It is not a hidden charge after you are live.
