Lead sources

Live today

HomeStars already published your number. We answer it.

Ontario homeowners looking for a pro still start on HomeStars. The profile is doing its job when the phone rings. The job is lost when that ring dies in voicemail at 8:40 PM. Right On Call does not need a HomeStars API. It needs the line that is already on the listing.

How the HomeStars hook actually works

What actually happens

A homeowner taps Call on your HomeStars profile. The public number, the same one on the truck and the Google listing, rings. The receptionist picks up in your shop name, checks the postal code, and either books a window or texts the on-call tech.

What we do not touch

The HomeStars inbox, messaging thread, review requests, and Best of badges stay in HomeStars. If a lead arrived as a written quote request instead of a call, that is still your office’s job unless we have scoped a separate process.

Why this page exists

US vendors write Angi and Thumbtack pages. Ontario shops do not live there. If you buy HomeStars leads, the expensive part is already done when the phone rings. Answering it is the product.

This is for

  • Appliance, HVAC, and trade shops whose HomeStars profile is a real lead source in London, the GTA, or Southwestern Ontario.
  • Owners who already pay for the listing and lose the evening calls.

This is not

  • US shops buying Angi. That is a different card on the integrations hub, and it is on request.
  • Businesses whose HomeStars profile is decorative and whose calls all come from Google.

What we will not claim

  • Log into HomeStars on your behalf.
  • Auto-reply to written quote requests inside the HomeStars inbox.
  • Guarantee a Best of HomeStars ranking. Responsiveness helps. Reviews are still earned on the job.

HomeStars questions

Do I need a new number for HomeStars?

No. Keep the number on the profile. Forward it, or let us sit on the line you already publish. A second tracking number is optional if you want to separate HomeStars from Google in the call log.

What if the caller found you on HomeStars but speaks French?

The receptionist stays in French. That matters in Ottawa-adjacent work and in bilingual households across Ontario. It is live on the default build.

Can you post a review request after the job?

Post-job review texts are on the roadmap, not live. Until then, the office still sends the HomeStars review link the way they do today.
